A safety and compliance-driven freight network powered by Sertainty by ODC®
Drivers and operators registered for pilot participation.
Owner Driver Collective brings job allocation, duty records and compliance guidance into one operational system.
By connecting allocation, driver records and regulatory oversight, the platform helps transport operators make informed decisions before work begins.
Built for real operations. Inspection-ready. Non-punitive by design.
ODC shows whether work is safe, compliant and workable before it is accepted by an owner.
Jobs are matched to your availability, hours and vehicle type — so you spend less time chasing work and more time on the road.
Your hours, rest breaks and duty records are tracked in real time. ODC flags risks before they become breaches - not after.
One place for job details, changes and records. No more chasing paperwork, phone calls or finding out mid-run that something doesn't add up.
Work is often allocated without a clear view of compliance impact.
Drivers and operators are then left dealing with problems once the job is already underway.
As freight operations become more complex, the systems used to plan and manage work matter more than ever.

Owner Driver Collective connects allocation, driver records and compliance guidance in one place.
Work can be reviewed before allocation so hours, operational constraints and compliance risks are understood early.
This helps drivers, operators and safety teams make better decisions before a job begins.
Owner Driver Collective was created in response to long-standing challenges in road transport. Work is often allocated without clear visibility of compliance impact, while responsibility for risk is pushed down the chain.
ODC supports responsible allocation, accurate records and clearer oversight so safety and compliance become part of everyday operations.

Owner Driver Collective was founded by Brad Gilbert, a veteran transport operator with more than a decade of frontline experience in the Australian road freight industry.
Through years of working in the sector, Brad saw how disconnected systems, unclear responsibility and compliance pressure are often pushed onto individual drivers.
ODC was created to address these structural problems and build a system that supports safer, clearer and more accountable freight operations.
The platform reviews work before allocation so drivers, operators and safety teams can see whether a job is realistic and compliant.

Operational decisions, supported in real time
As freight operations grow more complex, the difference between control and chaos increasingly comes down to the quality of the systems supporting everyday decisions.

We’re rebuilding how freight operations actually work

Supports better decision
It helps drivers and operators manage jobs, hours, and changes without extra steps or manual follow-up.

Built for compliant operations
Responsibility is defined, records hold up when checked, and operations remain workable over time.

Tracks work as it happens
Records stay consistent, complete, and ready when reviewed, with responsibility sitting where the work is carried out.
Manage work with clear visibility of hours, limits, and changes throughout the day.
Allocate and manage work with visibility of hours, constraints, and compliance as the day unfolds.
Engage carriers with greater transparency over allocation, compliance exposure, and operational status.
Monitor work, records, and emerging risk with a clear operational view, not retrospective reporting.
